All returns
must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number
An RGA must be requested within 90 days of
the original invoice. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all
items after 90 days. No returns honored for invoices over 1 year.

RGA has an expiration of 30 days, within which
the return is to take place
RGA does not
guarantee credit
All items must be inspected before any exchange
or credit can be issued. Defective items must be tested and deemed
defective by the manufacturer. Non-defective items (overstocks,
no longer needed items, ordering errors) must be in a sellable
condition and may be subject to a restocking fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items, properly
packed, using a trackable and/or insured shipping method. We cannot
be responsible or lost or damaged shipments. Damaged items cannot
be tested, therefore, no credit or replacements can be extended,
even for defective items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to file
a claim with the carrier for the lost or damaged items.
